Where do the numbers come from?
You upload a CSV export or paste it in. ClientNarrate maps the columns, then computes spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, CPA, ROAS, sessions, and period-over-period change in code. The model never does the arithmetic.
Will the AI invent a result?
The draft is instructed to use only the figures we computed. You can edit every section before a client sees it. If the model is unavailable, a deterministic draft built from those same figures is used instead.
Can a client open the report without an account?
Yes. A ready report gets an unguessable read-only link. The free report shows a small ClientNarrate watermark. Growth and Agency are white-label, and the link works on the ClientNarrate host. Your client does not need a custom domain.
What does the free trial include?
The first report is free and no card is required: one client, one report in total, and a small watermark. After that, subscribe to create more. Reports you already made stay available.
What do the paid plans include?
Starter is $19/mo for 2 clients and unlimited reports, without the watermark. Growth is $49/mo for 10 clients, unlimited reports, and white-label share links. Agency is $99/mo for 30 clients, everything in Growth, and priority AI drafting with a higher daily cap and a stronger model.
Can I reuse last month?
Open any report and duplicate it. The new draft keeps the client, platform, and column mapping so you only replace the export.
Do you connect to the ad account?
No. There is no Google or Meta login. You bring the export. Files are capped so a monthly export fits and a huge dump does not.
How do I change or cancel a paid plan?
Billing runs through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal. If those secrets are not configured on this deployment, paid plans show as coming soon and the free plan still works.
How should I explain a drop in performance to a client?
Lead with the scorecard for the period, rule out tracking and offer changes before blaming the ads, and label guesses as hypotheses. For a full structure, example paragraphs, and a short call outline, see How to explain a drop in performance to a client.
Is ClientNarrate the same as ReportPilot or GoReportPilot?
No. This product is ClientNarrate (formerly built under the ReportPilot name at OTM Groups). It is not affiliated with GoReportPilot (goreportpilot.com) or ReportPilot by MIR Digital (reportpilot.mir.digital).
